Gillion. La stabilit\u00e9 du Maroc, notamment gr\u00e2ce au roi Mohammed VI, attire les investissements, un facteur crucial pour des secteurs comme la construction, o\u00f9 les investissements sont \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<p>La simplicit\u00e9 administrative au Maroc est un autre atout. Les proc\u00e9dures claires et rapides contrastent avec les lourdeurs administratives en Europe, explique M. Gillion. Il souligne l&#8217;importance de la stabilit\u00e9 administrative, juridique, financi\u00e8re et politique, ainsi que la structuration institutionnelle et le respect par l&#8217;\u00c9tat de ses engagements pour attirer les investisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Macan a d&#8217;abord investi \u00e0 Marrakech avec 600 millions de dirhams, analysant ensuite d&#8217;autres villes comme Rabat, Taghazout, K\u00e9nitra et Dakhla, avec un plan d&#8217;investissement de 1,5 milliard de dirhams sur cinq ans. La rapidit\u00e9 des proc\u00e9dures au Maroc permet de lancer et ajuster des projets efficacement, r\u00e9duisant ainsi les frais g\u00e9n\u00e9raux et permettant de s&#8217;engager dans de nouveaux projets.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe, qui a intensifi\u00e9 ses investissements malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, mise sur la durabilit\u00e9 et les efforts environnementaux au Maroc. Pour M.
